Sometimes, I think this world is going to hell in a hand basket.
People are getting shot willy nilly in Newark..
Little kids and their mothers are getting run over by cars and they just take off because they don't feel the need to stop either out of fear, stupidity or just plain apathy...
Houses and housing developments are getting sucked into the ground by giant sinkholes....
Massive flooding is occurring in the Midwest...
Massive forest fires are engulfing the Southwest....
Family friends are kidnapping daughters of people who trusted them.....
A top NSA employee is on the run for stealing Government information that the Government is spying on U.S. citizens.....
Where is life in the 60's when things were a lot easier?
Granted, we had The Assassination of JFK back in the 60's but that is a blog for another time and believe me, that time will come.
I like my life the way it is now, it's a lot less complicated then it used to be and that's a good thing.
These occurrences that are happening are signals of a shift in the way this world is going but I know one thing is for sure.......and one thing that I didn't list above....
We need to get out of Afghanistan, this war for us is getting old, we've been in it way too long and I see no reason to keep throwing our federal deficit into more utter chaos, Bush did enough of that with his lies and other Gov't BS I won't get into now.
I'm just tired of our men & women going over there with targets on their uniforms, it's time to come home....and what's going to happen when they do come home?, the same thing that happened to the Vietnam Vets when they came home looking for assistance.......nothing!
And then there's those dangerous words:
TRUST YOUR GOVERNMENT, THEY'RE HERE TO HELP YOU!

Stick it in Your Ear!
Hi Folks!
Look!, Excuse me for living but you and I need to talk!
I don't know how many of you out there talk on your cell phones while you drive, I'll bet most of you will raise your hands.......now........how many of you talk on your cell phones without hands free devices?
Really???........what reason can you possibly have for NOT wearing one?
1. I just don't feel like wearing one.
2. I don't like the way it feels, it bothers me.
3. My friends make fun of me that I wear one.
4. I just had my hair done and don't want to ruin it.
5. I won't admit this but having that phone in my ear makes me feel important.
6. It looks like I have a bug in my ear.
Well, let me put this bug in your ear, I have actually tried to drive and talk on the cell phone without a hands free device just to get a feel for what the authorities/experts are talking about and believe me when I tell you, it's not easy to do and it's immensely dangerous and anyone who tells you that they can do it with no trouble is either a liar, a fool or both.
In so much as I enjoy today's Social Media frenzy, I enjoy having my cell phone with me when I'm driving and I feel helpless if I'm driving and I forget it at home, seeing as how pay phones are becoming as scarce as VCR's have, the cell phone is a trusted member of my inventory when I leave the house.
When I was commuting from home to Cedar Knolls every day to work, I was amazed at how many nitwits ignored New Jersey law that you must have a hands free device while on your phone and still had their cell phones stuck to their ears.
Then there are the retards who can't talk with the cell phone stuck to their ears and drive at the same time, ya know, akin to walking and chewing gum or rubbing your belly and the top of your head at the same time...these ding dongs just love doing 40 mph in the fast lane of the highway and when you high beam them, they flip you off like its your fault that they suck at multi-tasking, which they do bit then when three or four cars blow their doors off and get in front of them, they move over in almost a "I quit, I'm a dope, you win" maneuver.
Seriously?, you people are only hurting yourself, the fines are stiff and getting stiffer and taking an "It'll never happen to me, they won't pull me over" attitude over it only serves to make you a target and with the new bill they are trying to introduce where if you get into an accident, they will confiscate your phone to check it to see if you were on it at the time, it only makes sense to have one of these devices so.............STICK IT IN YOUR EAR!!!.....and save yourself a lot of grief and other people's as well.

I wish he would run......THE OTHER WAY!
Hi Folks!
Look, I know that we, the people of the great state of New Jersey and some of you in Pennsylvania, don't give a flying rat turd about what goes on in The City That Never Sleeps but this is not so much about politics, a subject that I despise because most of them politicians don't amount to a hill of rat shit because most of them are liars, thieves, swindlers, greedy, money hungry snakes and, well, Sex Addicts....that being said, it's about character.
Now, it's a known fact that most voters don't give a shit what you do with your life as long as you keep it on the down low and don't make a federal case or an open book about it.
And as long as you do your job and do what's best for the constituents who put you in that position in the first place, no one will bother with you.
Let's take the sad, pathetic case of Anthony Wiener, a politician, who, for all intents and purposes had everything going for him, had a good job, has a beautiful wife, who was Hillary Clinton's right hand aide and what does he go and do two years ago????.......decides to post pictures of himself on Social Media, namely Twitter, now, this in and of itself wouldn't be bad except for the fact that in most of these pictures, the moron barely had any clothes on.....yeah, down there included.
So he pretty much did the best he could to stick his fingers in the dykes to control the leaks of his sinking ship until he ran out of fingers and finally......FINALLY resigned his job after tons of criticism and embarrassment he endured and he more or less slipped the surly bonds of public life for a couple of years until............
2013.......Where he had this brainstorm that people must've forgot about two years ago so he decides that he's going to run for Mayor, no problem, right?, he figured it's behind him and no one is going to ever hold it against him, after all, he made a big ta do about it, went on TV with his wife, he said he was sorry but he couldn't go on anymore so he was resigning his position effective immediately, who's going to hold that against him?
Well, it seemed Wiener was right, he was leading the other candidate, Christine Quinn by a wide margin and it seemed he was off and running.......ummm, not so fast.....it seemed that Anthony Wiener didn't put his past as far back behind him as he would lead everyone to believe, as it turns out, right after he resigned his job for his sexting scandal on Twitter, he did it again with at least 3 more women after THAT.
You would think this guy would learn from the first time but now he's doing it again and from what I've seen and heard, he hasn't learned a damn thing.
He even tried putting his wife up on TV to prop him up but that didn't work either, he made his wife look like a fool, he tanked his numbers down into the abysmal range (16% as of this writing) and he still refuses to step down. The man is delusional if he thinks he has a chance in hell of winning Mayor of New York this year, four years from now or in any election as long as he's breathing.
Take some advice ......Step down, go home, seek help and never run for public office again because you're not the man for the job.

Well, Excuse me all to hell!
Hi Folks!!
Last time I posted here was six years ago so if you take time to read that post from back then, you will get an idea of where my mindset was back then...bad news is, ain't changed much since then except Bush & Cheney are gone and I'm still brimming with the desire to get my word out.
So why, you ask, did it take me this long to get going again?........Life, I suppose, plus the fact I forgot I even had this Blog, I ran across it by accident so excuse me all to hell and back.
I'm glad to be back, just read my 6 year old entry from 2007 and I'll think up some funky stuff for next week's Blog entry.
This is CUDA'S CORNER, named after my alter ego from my CB and early BBS days, but back then, I had a much more colorful vocabulary and a mean streak in me that was equalled by hardly anyone, but that was just my alter ego.
Today I still have the colorful language but I'm on a leash now. LOL
The mean streak is lingering but that's just when I get on my soapbox so.......

NO.....The Open Minded, Opinionated shit starts Next Time
Hi Folks!
Welcome to my blog, I'd say welcome to my space but that's been taken already . Well actually, IT IS my space so the hell with it, WELCOME TO MY SPACE!!!
I have me some things I just want to say:
1. I am a very open-minded person, I am also very opinionated, so when you see something you don't like or don't agree with, you are more than welcome to post a reply and get the dialogue machine running with me, bad or good replies are welcome!
2. This is not run by the Government so I WILL NEVER DELETE A POST BASED ON WHAT IS IN IT unless of course it falls under the category of malicious mischief, which will cause me to flog your ass to the round file and I really dont wanna do that so save me the trouble and behave!
3. Profanity is Okay but I need to warn you, some of my posts could be laced with it so if you don't like pronaity all that much, I will try to WARN YOU ahead of time.
4. HOWEVER...............There is ONE word that I will NOT allow here and if I see it, I will edit it out and send you a reminder not to use it again, I will not put it here because I don't want to use it because then I will have to edit my own post and send me a reminder not to use it.
Some of my posts will seem far fetched to you and a little off the wall but in these troubled times of ours, nothing is what it seems anyway.
